Oak was established in 2014 by Laura Terp and Anne Riis as a Copenhagen-based independent lifestyle publisher offering bespoke solutions for a highly discerning audience. Its award-winning biannual bookazine, Oak - The Nordic Journal featured ambitious journalism and photography, and gave an intelligent perspective on the global resonance of Nordic culture.

The Oak platform expanded and explored the global resonance of the Nordic region through print, digital presence, films, events, podcasts and partnerships that embodies The Echoes of The Nordic Way of Life. Oak Instagram account reached more than 30.000 followers.
